At Happythreads UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached. Please note that personalized or embroidered items cannot be returned.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original package, indicating whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our warehouse using your preferred tracked courier service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email notification as soon as it is completed.
